Abstract
The long wavelength optical phonon mode variation has been formulated in terms of Gruneisen parameter and the bondlength change by properly considering the effects of lattice relaxation in III-V alloys. We calc ulated the optical phonon mode variation In1-xGaxP alloy and the resul t was discussed by comparing with experimental results.
