We compare the resistivity, magnetization, and specific heat of superc
onducting amorphous Mo77Ge23 layers separated by insulating amorphous
germanium. The fluctuation magnetization and specific heat are in exce
llent agreement with the 2D lowest Landau level scaling relations. The
broadening of the resistive transition is similar to that observed in
the specific heat, but is not in quantitative agreement with the prop
osed scaling relations. The resistivity becomes activated immediately
below the thermodynamic transition, indicating little or no region des
cribable by conventional flux flow.
