Abstract
The title molecule, C11H10N2OS, shows a short intramolecular S ... O c ontact of 2.622 (1) Angstrom, ca 0.6 Angstrom less than the sum of the traditional van der Waals radii. Electrostatic attraction, due to cha rge delocalization from the heterocycle into the carbonyl group, contr ibutes to this short interaction.
