The co-crystal, C5H4N2O3.C7H7NO2, owes its formation to an intermolecu
lar hydrogen bond between the N-O and O-H groups. The crystal structur
e exhibits overlap between the rings of the molecules in the [110] dir
ection. There is no short nitroamino intermolecular distance.
