Abstract
In this paper a 125 MHz digital oscillator with good frequency stabili ty and instantaneous phase lock capability is presented, The circuit, that was developed using the Motorola ''ECLPS'' and ''ECLPS lite'' log ics, allows a frequency lock independent of the phase lock, which is a feature not present in conventional PLL circuits.
