Abstract
A high Q quasioptical hemispherical resonator, capable of making measu rements on samples as small as 5 mm in diameter, was used to make surf ace resistance measurements at 337 GHz on samples of Al, Au, Mo, and C u. Results for Al agree with the low frequency approximation, the othe r metals are some what higher.
