Alpha emitting is treated as a particular case of the nucleus decay. T
he classical Hamiltonian of the nuclear system is constructed, account
ing for the Coulomb inner-nuclear interaction and strong interaction a
pproximated by the ''Yukava plus exponent'' potential. The effective q
uantization in terms of the collective variable T (elongation) is perf
ormed. The effective mass, adjacent to T, depends on T and is of tenso
r character; its tensor character, is shown, can manifest itself in th
e collisional experiment as the ''dependence of the potential barrier
height'' on the incident particle energy. The numerical calculations f
or Po-210 show that the mass tensor character is of principal value fo
r the spectrum of the emitted alpha-particles. The possible consequenc
es for the secondary processes in the atomic electron shell and for th
e electron-positron pair production are discussed.
