The article deals with ways of enhancing the accuracy of two-channel S
HF phase meters incorporated in radio-wave instruments for nondestruct
ive quality control. Practical recommendations are given for the use o
f these devices in SHF circuits so as to reduce the errors of measurem
ent of the SHF phase. Information is given which can be used in design
ing instruments for nondestructive quality control operating on the ba
sis of the phase method.
