Abstract
The structurel and ferroelectric characteristics are given for perovsk ites of the solid solution system of Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)x(Al1/2Nb1/2)1-xO3 synthesized under high pressures. The morphotropic phase boundary was found At about 17 mol.% of the PbAl1/2Nb1/2O3.
