Abstract
Tensioning of the inferior glenohumeral ligament complex (IGLC) before arthroscopic repair is a critical step in restoring stability. This a rticle describes a simple surgical technique to tension the IGLC percu taneously before arthroscopic fixation. This technique eliminates the need for grasping instruments and a second anterior portal.
