Abstract
Not ''all that sneezes'' can be attributed to allergic rhinitis. Perha ps half of all rhinitis can be a result from a heterogenous group of n onallergic nasal disorders. Distinguishing these disorders from allerg ic rhinitis based on history alone can be difficult. In this article w e review nonallergic rhinitis, the differential diagnosis, epidemiolog y, pathophysiology, and treatment.
