Abstract
The authors report the case of a 32-year-old woman who presented with a unique seborrheic keratosis-like lesion on the right temple. The his tologic and immunopathologic changes were consistent with the diagnosi s of localized pemphigus vulgaris. This report is, to our knowledge th e first case of pemphigus vulgaris with such an unusual clinical prese ntation.
