Rg. Brown et M. Ciftan, HIGH-PRECISION EVALUATION OF THE STATIC EXPONENTS OF THE CLASSICAL HEISENBERG-FERROMAGNET, Physical review letters, 76(8), 1996, pp. 1352-1355
A high-precision, multimethod Monte Carlo study of the static exponent
s of the O(3) classical Heisenberg ferromagnet yields an estimate for
the critical temperature of T-c approximate to 1.4427 +/- 0.0002 s fro
m which it is conjectured that T-c = 1/ln(2). It is shown from finite-
size scaling of the data that the specific heat is singular for this m
odel, with alpha = 0.0750 +/- 0.002, nu = 0.642 +/- 0.002, beta = 0.32
8 +/- 0.001, and gamma = 1.270 +/- 0.001. This result is confirmed by
comparing the universality scaling of the full order parameter curve f
or three possible values of nu.
