Abstract
The review is devoted to the synthesis and the results of studying bio logical activity of amides and peptides containing 4-[bis(2-chloroethy l)amino]phenylalanine stereoisomers. The rational approaches to select ing the structure of the compounds with enhanced selectivity of antitu mor action have been observed.
