This paper presents new determination methods for five tetracycline an
tibiotics by solid surface-room temperature phosphorescence with filte
r paper and polyamide membrane treated with sucrose as solid substrate
s and TlAc or TINO3 as heavy atom salts. Various factors affecting RTP
intensity of tetracyclines, such as type of solid substrate, heavy at
om effect, enhancement of modifier, pH, drying temperature, predrying
and drying time of sample, were studied in detail. The linear dynamic
ranges (LDRs) are from 0.50 to 200 ng, the limits of detection (LODs)
are from 0.01 to 1.0 ng/spot, and the relative standard deviations are
all < 5%.
