Abstract
Recently, Owa, Saigo, and Srivastava introduced and studied a certain generalized fractional integral operator J(O,Z)(alpha, beta, eta) invo lving the Gaussian hypergeometric function. The object of this paper i s to investigate various properties and relationships involving J(O,Z) (alpha, beta, eta), the Carlson-Shaffer operator L(a, c), and the Rusc heweyh derivative D-lambda. A number of interesting subclasses of anal ytic and univalent functions are also considered in our investigation. (C) 1996 Academic Press, Inc.
