Herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections are common in bone marrow transp
lantation patients. Unusual sites may be involved, however colonic dis
ease with HSV is rare. We report a successfully treated case of coliti
s due to HSV, cytomegalovirus, Clostridium difficile and graft-versus-
host disease in an allogeneic marrow recipient.
