Abstract
We study the model of an Abelian vector field with Chern-Simons term c oupled to Higgs field in 2+1 dimensions and quantize it canonically by using the Dirac-Bergmann algorithm. As an equivalent approach of rota tional invariance in the theory, the Schwinger relation is established . We further show the exotic statistics for these configurations and e stablish a angular-momentum-anomaly connection.
