Abstract
An experiment was conducted during 1989-90 and 1990-91 to study relati on of pulp N. P, K and peel Ca with cracked fruit (%) in 'Rose Scented ' litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.). The correlation coefficient between cracked fruit(%) and K content in pulp was highly significant (r = 0. 7209). The multiple regression analysis of pulp N, P. K and peel Ca co ntent showed that the cracked fruit (%) in both the years was influenc ed by all the factors (Ca content in peel and N, P and K content in pu lp). The cracked fruit (%) decreased during 1990-91 (14.54) compared w ith that (16.08) during 1989-90.
