Abstract
The first order phase transition of adsorbed molecules at electrodes h as been investigated theoretically considering the time-dependent conc entration evolution of gas-like molecules during the whole process. A new general model has been proposed to describe experimental curves. N ew aspects are yielded by the interpretation of coverage-time curves o n the basis of this model.
