Abstract
Since Rosenfeld proposed the concept of a fuzzy subgroup in 1971, ther e has been considerable development of fuzzy algebra. In this paper, w e introduce the concept of fuzzifying groups based on complete residua ted lattice-valued logic and investigate some of their algebraic prope rties.
