Abstract
The interaction between ethidium bromide and a parallel G4-DNA, which is a quadruplex composed from four oligonucleotides containing a dG cl uster, has been investigated. [d(TTGGGGTT)](4) formed a complex with e thidium bromide, which was assumed to be intercalated between the adja cent guanine tetrads of the quadruplex.
