Abstract
An 11-month-old child underwent unifocalization of the major aortopulm onary collateral arteries, but did not tolerate occlusion of both vess els simultaneously. Using a Y-shaped homograft tube, we translocated t he vessels sequentially and avoided severe hypoxemia.
