Abstract
We describe a technique of total vertebrectomy for en bloc resection o f a non-small cell lung cancer with vertebral invasion through a combi nation of thoracic and enlarged posterior approaches, and present our entire experience of total and partial vertebrectomy for tumors invadi ng vertebral bodies or the costovertebral angle.
