Abstract
The Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome consists of adnexitis combined with peri hepatitis. Prompt therapy with adequate antibiotics is required to pre vent damaging complications. We describe a young woman with an unusual presentation, leading to initial confusion about the proper diagnosis .
