Abstract
From August 6-8, 1995, the 2nd International Symposium on the ''Eradic ation of Aujeszky's Disease'' took place in Copenhagen, immediately fo llowed, until 10th August 1995, by the 2nd Znternathlal Symposium on t he ''Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome''. The paper presen ts the most important results of the working groups throughout the wor ld and the conclusions of both symposia are discussed.
