Abstract
In the course of our research about intermediates in the Kabachnik-Fie lds reaction, the synthesis of the the novel 1,4,8,11-Tetra-azatricycl o hexadecane (3) under bar from the 1,4,8,11-Tetra-azacyclotetradecane (Cyclam) is reported; NMR and X-ray data confirm the structure of (3) under bar.
