Abstract
Atrial myxomas are the most common primary tumor of the heart. We repo rt an unusual case where an incidentally found right atrial myxoma was associated with a malignant lymphoma. Surgical management of the conc urrent problems is discussed as well as a review of pertinent literatu re and efficacy of diagnostic modalities.
