Abstract
The present study is based on the formation of chelates of 2-hydroxy-4 -aminobenzoic acid (sod salt) with group IB and IIB metals. The synthe sised compounds were characterised using techniques such as atomic abs orption, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray diffracti on.
