Abstract
The title molecule has an all-cis ring-fusion tricyclic structure, wit h the angular isopropyl group opposite to the two cyclohexene ring sub stituents. The cyclohexenedione and the cyclohexene rings are both in a slightly distorted sofa conformation, whereas the cyclohexane ring a dopts an almost ideal chair conformation. The molecule has an overall distorted hemispherical conformation.
