Abstract
Medium for regeneration of protoplasts of the deuteromycete Aspergillu s parasiticus was elaborated which yields 5% of regenerated cultures. In the second generation of regenerated cultures an increase in activi ty of endoglucanase (40-104% in 38% of cultures) and cellobiase (40-13 8% in 75% of cultures) biosynthesis was shown. The increased levels of these enzymes are not stable in subsequent generations of the regener ated cultures. By the fourth generation all cultures with increased en doglucanase and cellobiase activity reverted to the initial level of e nzyme secretion.
