Abstract
The relationship of the electrodynamic properties of type A(1-x)(3)B(x )(3)C(5) heterostructures in the area of interband transitions has bee n investigated. A method and an algorithm using it for searching for t he optimum wave length lambda(opt) for optical methods of inspection i n the investigated spectral area of type A(1-x)(3)B(x)(3)C(5) heterost ructures have been developed. A rapid method of inspection of the perf ection of the surface of group A(3)B(5) binary compounds at the record ed wave length based on the behavior of the reflectivity in the vicini ty of the singular point of x during production is proposed.
