In the three years since the last comprehensive article on limited lia bility companies (LLCs) was published in The Business Lawyer the LLC h as emerged as a significant choice for doing business. This Article di scusses some of the more important issues that have arisen and trends that have evolved concerning LLCs and makes some suggestions about the possible future of LLC law.
