Abstract
We describe a 54-year-old man with a history of multiple congenital ab dominal malformations who developed an adenocarcinoma in a small intes tinal duplication. To our knowledge this is the second reported case o f an exceedingly rare complication of small intestinal duplication. Th e relevant literature is reviewed.
