Abstract
With the aim of determining activation parameters, three computer prog rams have been investigated. Different routines for the integration of kinetic ordinary differential equations were applied. Sufficient accu racy of the method used is the prerequisite for converging of the algo rithm which has to minimize the sum of deviation squares. Our program ''TA-kin'' enables effective evaluations because of its high flexibili ty.
