Abstract
etazin-1-yl)-1-oxo-2-(thioaryloxy/aryloxy)propanes (14-39) have been s ynthesized and evaluated for hypotensive activity. QSAR studies of the se compounds indicate that resonance or electronic parameters for the substituents in the thioaryloxy/aryloxy part are important for hypoten sive activity.
