Using the CLEO II detector, we have measured the branching fractions f
or UPSILON(3S)-->pipiUPSILON(1S), UPSILON(3S)-->pipiUPSILON(2S), and t
he cascade UPSILON(3S)-->UPSILON(2S)+X, UPSILON(2S)-->pi+pi-UPSILON(1S
), analyzing the exclusive mode where the daughter UPSILON state decay
s to a e+e- or mu+mu- pair, as well as the inclusive pi+pi- transition
s where the final UPSILON state decays into hadrons. Properties of the
pipi system are analyzed. Searches for the cascade decay UPSILON(3S)-
->pi+pi-h(b), h(b)-->gammaeta(b) and UPSILON(3S)-->pi0h(b) were also p
erformed.
