Abstract
Anti-DNA autoantibodies from human SLE sera were tested for binding to poly(dA-dT)-8-MOP and DNA-8-MOP crosslinks. The specific crosslink-au toantibody interaction was confirmed by competition assay employing af finity purified anti-DNA IgG. The order of recognition by human anti-D NA autoantibody in this study was native DNA> poly(dA-dT)-8-MOP>DNA-8- MOP>DNA-psoralen.
