Abstract
The double-color-pumped oscillation process is studied, both theoretic ally and experimentally, in photorefractive crystals. One-dimensional steady-state theory is described, providing a basis for numerical mode ling. Threshold conditions are analyzed, the intensity performance of oscillation beams is investigated, and the influence of input incident power, as well as such parameters as coupling coefficients, photoexci tation rates, and absorption, is discussed. A good fit between numeric al results and the experimental data is shown.
