Abstract
Dermatoglyphic patterns of fingers were studied in two hundred and fif ty patients of various subtypes of schizophrenia and ninety normal con trol subjects. The difference between the males and female dermatoglyp hic patterns in the schizophrenic and controls was found to be non sig nificant. No difference was also found between the fingerprint pattern s in patients of various subtypes of schizophrenia.
