Abstract
Axial intensity scans provide a noninterferometric method for measurin g aberration content of a focused beam. Applications of the technique include the determination of the conic constant of aspheric mirrors (w ithout the need for a null lens). (C) 1996 Society of Photo-Optical in strumentation Engineers.
