Abstract
The point diffraction interferometer (PDI) is modeled using the GLAD d iffraction code. The behavior of the interference fringe pattern is ex amined as a function of f/#, aberration type, and lateral and axial tr anslation of the PDI. (C) 1996 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentatio n Engineers.
