Abstract
A 14-year 4-month-old boy sustained a triplane fracture of the distal radius. Reduction and maintenance of reduction were achieved by closed manipulation and cast. The triplane fracture can occur in areas other than the distal tibia and distal humerus and can be successfully trea ted nonoperatively.
