Abstract
X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) photoemission lines of some cal cium compounds have been measured. The fine structure and position of the Ca 2p(3/2) line is discussed. The Wagner diagram of the oxygen KLL transitions is presented. The surface composition of same compounds i s calculated.
