A high performance TV monitor driven by a special computer program is
used for different stimulations. The results of the determination of c
olored saturation thresholds for 50 subjects (27 normals and 23 with c
olor vision anomalies) are discussed. Contrast sensitivity thresholds
were checked on 44 normal subjects and 81 patients (especially multipl
e sclerosis, Parkinson's and Wilson's disease). Brain three-dimensiona
l mapping, produced by the same stimulation system, is measured on eig
ht subjects with Alzheimer disease. Some characteristics of the result
s obtained are presented.
