Abstract
Recent technical developments have made endovascular treatment using c ontrolled-detachable coils suitable for intracranial aneurysms. Howeve r, endovascular approach of the aneurysms of the pericallosal artery r emains difficult because of their usual small size and their anatomica l situation.
