Abstract
The antitumoral effect of Cisplatinum is well known, including its eff ect on brain tumors. With the purpose of establishing the effect of in traarterial cis-dichlorodiammine platinum (CDDP) on the brain, Cisplat inum was injected in rabbits that were sacrificed at different interva ls. The general clinical and neurological condition of the rabbits was unaffected, and histopathological examination of the rabbit's brain w as normal.
