Abstract
MR showed a neurenteric cyst posterior to the cervicomedullary junctio n in a man with chronic recurrent aseptic meningitis. On T1-weighted M R, the cyst was of high intensity in relation to the brain, and on T2- weighted MR it was of less intensity than cerebrospinal fluid.
