Abstract
Biosensors for enantio-sensitive analysis with non-enantiomeric, enant iomeric and D-and L-enantiomeric enzyme pairs are discussed. These enz yme pairs can be combined with potentiometric, amperometric, calorimet ric or optical transducers. Potentiometric biosensors for enantiomeric analysis are the most advanced, At present, no bio-optodes for enanti omeric analysis are known.
