Six types of consumed chemiluminescence sensors for ascorbic acid, cya
nide, Mn2+, Co2+ and H2O2 have been developed. It was based on the new
approach that all of the reagents involved in the chemiluminescence r
eactions were immobilized electrostatically on Amberlyst A - 27 or D15
1 ion - exchange resin. The analytes of interest can be sensed directl
y by the reaction with the chemiluminescence reagents, which were elut
ed by Na3PO4 or NaCl from the immobilization column prior to the chemi
luminescence reaction. Not only these sensors have a wide linear range
high sensitivity and simplicity for instrumentation, but also the imm
obilization methods of the chemiluminescence reagents are simple. They
have been applied successfully to the determinations of analytes in v
arious samples.
